Memories of Shattered Trust
Anitha Perez

The author was born on the sixteenth day of December 1955. She is African American and has three children.

Perez has worked very hard most of her life to achieve the things she wants. She is a basically honest and forthright person who believes everyone deserves fair and equal treatment, no matter who they are. She tries to see the good in everyone, although some people have absolutely no good in them.

The author is a strong believer in education. She is very spiritual and has a strong belief in God and right and wrong. Perez's religion is Mormon; she accepted this religion in 1983 and it has been an important part of her life every since.

Perez attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale for four years and graduated with a Batchelor's degree in Criminal Law. During her second year of college she developed a taste for writing. Now writing is very important to her and she spends much of her free time writing books.

However, Perez knows she has God to thank for all her achievements. He has been there through all the tough times in life.

If Perez could leave a legacy for the world, it would be a word of wisdom to all the young people in the world. She would tell them to first believe in God and then believe in themselves: go to school, get an education and be all they can be, and do all they can to make a difference in the lives of others. The worst thing anyone can do is have a talent and just waste it. The biggest sin in the world is to waste one's God-given talent. She thanks God for His unchanging love and for giving her the knowledge to write these words, her thanks to God.
