This book sheds a little light on how to deal with customers and how customers should deal with companies. More importantly, I want this book to help the people who give customer service learn how to deal with customers better.
About the Author
I was born in Brooklyn, New York, on May 22, 1975. I went to high school in Greenville, South Carolina, and after high school, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia. I have been listening to customers complain and trying to solve their issues for the past ten years, and I have been in management for over eleven years.
