This book was created because of the bad customer service my friends, family, and I kept receiving. This book sheds a little light on how to deal with customers and how customers should deal with companies. More importantly, I want this book to help the people who give customer service learn how to deal with customers better.
About the AuthorI was born in Brooklyn, New York, on May 22, 1975. I went to high school in Greenville, South Carolina, and after high school, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia. I have been listening to customers complain and trying to solve their issues for the past ten years, and I have been in management for over eleven years.
