Brahmopadesam is the story of Shankar Sarma, a Brahmin widower, and a reputed scholar of the Vedas. He lives his life as prescribed by Manu, much to the irritation of his neighbors who look upon him as an irresponsible father to his daughter. Brainwashed with this idea, his daughter, Mythraye, revolts. Sarma himself turns into a revolutionary maverick to the surprise and shock of his neighbors. Is Sarma a religious fanatic or a true interpreter of religion?
Poetry Transcends Grammar narrates a poet’s encounter with a prostitute. Her dignified behavior changes his traditional view of a prostitute and Ramanathan falls in love with her. What follows is the work of fate.
