by S. L. Jackson
My First Holiday Coloring Art Project Book focuses on six holidays we celebrate each year: Valentineís Day, St. Patrickís Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. It is different because itís not just a coloring book. Itís an art project book. Examples of the fun projects you can make while exploring this book are: Easter baskets out of shoe boxes, Halloween bags out of lunch bags, and Christmas ornaments using your childís photo.
This book also helps toddlers recognize the different holidays, and it helps with their development of their eye and hand coordination. It has the kind of art projects toddlers make in daycare centers, using supplies such as crayons, scissors, and glue. My First Holiday Coloring Art Project Book includes two stories, three poems, and two craft projects. The art projects are a lot of fun to make and they are very easy to do, with very simple, sequential instructions.
