by Jamar A. Henderson
What those in positions of power fail to realize is that their power lies in the hands of the powerless. Ignorance is bliss. Hypocrisy flows in all directions.
Where does a man go when he is lost? If he has no past and no future, what is he to do? When all is lost, he must turn inward to truly find himself before he can move on. You donít truly know yourself until youíve had to fight for your existence-maybe even kill for it. For every bit of you that dies for whatever reason, something comes to life to take its place. It may affect everyone differently, but it does affect them. Such is the power of separation. You can choose to forget your past, but your past never forgets you.
