by Makhup Nyama
Take Note provides comprehensive, down-to-earth advice on personal, financial, health, and spiritual matters as well as on general issues such as fear, anger, worry, forgiveness, and contentment. It is practical common sense that surprisingly is not common to practice. Take for instance “Debt is slavery,” “Avoid debt as you would smallpox,” by Ellen G. White (1827-1915), and Peter Drucker’s “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” What about “Lack of ten seconds tolerance on the road can cost you your life?” The information in Take Note is simply provided, yet it includes the greatest tips from great minds, even the wisest man ever, King Solomon.
About the Author
Makhup has been in executive leadership positions in business and in the church for more than 20 years. He spent his career with large corporations and multinational organizations, including IBM and the Swedish defense company Saab.
In Take Note, he shares his life experiences from business and spiritual perspectives and reveals the hidden treasures that are often overlooked, to the detriment of those involved.
Makhup is the Elder of the Seventh-Day Adventist church in Soweto, South Africa. He is married with two children: a daughter and son, aged 23 and 20, respectively. Together with his wife, Tshidi, he runs an executive coaching business and personal financial management workshops for communities, businesses, and churches.
