Norma L. Irby is an accomplished fine arts designer of pearl jewelry. She is an alumnus of Montgomery College, Maryland, and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Norma worked in an accounting firm and in two years became a junior accountant. She also served as office manager. She worked for the legislative attorney of the American Medical Association. She was dedicated to grants management for the federal government.

Norma worked at the University of California at Berkeley for the dean of engineering research. She also worked as a volunteer in womenís homeless shelters and on the medical surgical unit in a local hospital.
